Green tea

While high in antioxidants it has many benefits such as preventing cancers, speeding up metabolism, lowering cholesterol, preventing cavities and aiding in arthritis. I admit I fell in love with the taste. I could care less about it's health benefits. I drink on average about 4-5 cups per day. On days when I exceed a 5 cup limit I opt for hot water. Something about a hot liquid going down my throat, spreading through my chest and insides calms me. Something about the previous description frightens me, but hey everyone has their quirks. My nail tech recently went to Vietnam and said she would bring me back the actual plant. I can't wait :-)
